Taking Tennessee wide receiver Cedric Tillman off the clock with pick no. 74, the Browns tweeted out the video of general manager Andrew Berry letting him know he was the selection.
Good teams are greedy at wide receiver, and the Browns have finally gotten greedy at the position this offseason with the trade for Elijah Moore, the signing of Marquise Goodwin, and the selection of Tillman.
