Rylee Langerman’s effect on the Arkansas basketball team went well beyond her statistical line. She’ll be missed from next year’s team.
A Norman, Oklahoma, product, Langerman was Arkansas’ best perimeter defender and regular ball-handler off the bench for the last two years, especially. She averaged 2.3 points and 3.5 rebounds in 17 minutes a game as a reserve.
Langerman joins senior forward Erynn Barnum in the portal. Barnum was an All-SEC player from Little Rock who annoucned in March she would spend her super-senior season elsewhere.
Coach Mike Neighbors added five players to the roster over the winter, headlined by McDonald’s All-American guard Taliah Scott.
