2024 football recruiting is heating up, especially for Michigan football. Though usurped by rival Ohio State for the No. 2 position nationally, the Wolverines are still sitting pretty at No. 3 in the country with 11 commits.
And though the board has looked pretty good in terms of the prospects the maize and blue are chasing, they’re still expanding to seek out other high-end recruits who may choose to wear a winged helmet in the future.
On Wednesday evening, Michigan made another offer to a 2024 prospect, West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade four-star safety Marquis Gallegos, he announced via his Twitter account. He’s rated the No. 245 player in the country, per the 247Sports Composite.

There are no predictions, of yet, as to where Gallegos will end up. He has an impressive offer sheet that includes USC, Notre Dame, Oregon, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Michigan State, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado, UCLA, and Washington.
He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, and also plays wide receiver at the high school level.
