Auburn softball vs. Troy: How to watch Wednesday night’s game at Jane B. Moore Field

The Tigers look to earn win No. 30 of the season on Wednesday.

The No. 21 Auburn Tigers return to Jane B. Moore Field on Wednesday to square off with in-state foe Troy. If you are wondering how to catch the action live, you have come to the right place.

After salvaging the final game of last weekend’s series at Florida, Auburn returns to the Plains for a mid-week tune-up before hosting No. 13 LSU for the most important SEC home series of the season to date.

The Tigers have already defeated Troy once this season, doing so on March 1, 11-0. Auburn got the best of Troy pitcher, Leanna Johnson, who is one of the better pitchers in the country by scoring four runs on three hits over 3.0 innings. [autotag]Axe Milanowski[/autotag] and [autotag]Maia Englekes[/autotag] each recorded three RBI. Milanowski hit her first career home run in the win.

“The game got out of hand quickly, but they are a good team,” head coach Mickey Dean said of Troy. “Leanna Johnson leads the country in wins in the circle. We can expect to see her Wednesday. We have to understand that our game in March didn’t mean anything, but it meant something to them. It was on their home field. We have to make sure that we’re ready.”
