Former Alabama tight end Cam Latu hasn’t been one to make headlines as the 2023 NFL draft approaches. Pro Football Focus ranks Latu as the No. 13 tight end of the 2023 class and mock drafts have him as a late Day 2 or early Day 3 selection.
Latu performed well at Alabama, especially the last two seasons when he posted 56 receptions for 787 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Though he’s not widely talked about, teams have expressed interest in the tight end. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport recently reported that the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers brought Latu in for visits.
