Dooley’s Dozen: Florida football’s 2023 schedule ranked in terms of importance

Here’s Pat Dooley’s ranking of Florida football’s 2023 football schedule from most important to least.

We still have a hot summer to go through and the NBA Playoffs haven’t started.

But we all know that in spring, as soon as the intrasquad game is over, a young man or woman’s fancy turns to the schedule.

You start plotting out an away game trip or the one tailgate that you will have catered. But more than anything, you think about the challenges that are heading at the 2023 Florida team like that train that Chris Pine and Denzel Washington had to stop.

You think about a record that would make you feel better and one that will make you more depressed. And then you shake it off and try to see the glass as half full of Gatorade.

And so, it may be early, but I bring you the 12 games we know Florida will play next season (barring hurricanes or a new COVID). And Dooley’s Dozen has ranked them based on their importance.
