The winner of Sunday’s game between Arkansas and Alabama will sit alone in second the SEC West.
And while it may only be the third weekend of the season, such a standing, in this conference, is a heck of a showing. First pitch from Baum-Walker Stadium is scheduled for 2 p.m.
The Crimson Tide took the first one in a laugher. Arkansas bounced back Saturday in dramatic fashion, taking the lead in the eighth and with the fans having dealt with a sarcastic Hog Call from Alabama head coach Brad Bohannon when he was ejected.
In other words, expect something of a raucous crowd in the finale, at least, considering it’s the third weekend of SEC play.
