Former Ravens DL Calais Campbell to reportedly visit two more AFC teams in next week

Former Ravens defensive lineman Calais Campbell is reportedly set to visit two more AFC teams this coming week

The Baltimore Ravens have had to make some tough decisions over the last few weeks when it comes to their roster construction. One of the moves they made was releasing Pro Bowl defensive lineman Calais Campbell, saving around $7 million in cap space.

On Friday, Tiffany Blackmon of 929TheGame shared updates regarding Campbell’s potential NFL future after returning for a 16th NFL season. She said that his visit with the Atlanta Falcons went “really well”, and that he’s slated to meet with two more AFC teams in the coming week in the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills.

Campbell can still provide high-level snaps wherever he ends up. While Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta didn’t rule out a reunion with the Ravens in a statement put out after the release, it seems as if Campbell is pursuing other opportunities and could be playing elsewhere in 2023.
