The Baltimore Ravens are currently looking to figure out their situation with quarterback Lamar Jackson, who is currently on the non-exclusive franchise tag at $32.4 million. Coming to a resolution with Jackson would be the best course of action for both sides, as it would free up at least a few million dollars of cap space in the short term.
On Wednesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reported that with the uncertainty surrounding Jackson’s future, Baltimore has been looking at the free agent quarterback market. Fowler identified two names that the Ravens have looked into, including former Los Angeles Rams quarterback Baker Mayfield and former Cleveland Browns quarterback Jacoby Brissett.
