Senior rewind: A look back at Jaylin Williams’ Auburn career

Williams has played for Auburn since 2019.

As the 2022-23 regular season comes to a close, Auburn Wire will begin taking a look back at the careers of Auburn basketball’s senior class, and their accomplishments during their time on the Plains.

After featuring Zep Jasper for our first rewind, the second player in the series is Tigers mainstay[autotag] Jaylin Williams[/autotag].

Williams first came to Auburn during the 2019-20 season as a four-star power forward. He didn’t play too many minutes in his freshman year and didn’t start any games, but his production soared the next year when he started all 27 games he played in. He didn’t play a lot in his junior year, but his senior year this year has arguably been his most productive — he’s averaged 28 minutes a game and is averaging 11.2 points per game, both career highs.
