The 2022-23 college basketball regular season is in the final week as we shift to conference tournaments next week. It’s going to be a big Saturday in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Going into Saturday’s final day, the regular season title is on the line. Pitt, Miami and Virginia are 14-5 in conference play. The Panthers and Hurricanes will meet Saturday night with the winner guaranteed at least a share of the title.
Virginia will play Louisville and can guarantee a share with a win.
Those aren’t the only big games of the day. North Carolina hosts a red-hot Duke team in a rematch from early February. The Blue Devils look to continue their hot streak into the ACC and NCAA Tournament. Meanwhile, North Carolina needs another big win to help its tournament resume.
Clemson also finds itself on the bubble and needs a lot of help to get in the NCAA Tournament. A win on Saturday over Notre Dame is a must and it needs a deep ACC Tournament run.
Let’s take a look at where the league stands going into the final Saturday of the regular season before things get going in Greensboro.
