While Maryland has been terrible on the road this season (2-7), Ohio State has just been terrible everywhere.
The Buckeyes, who started the season ranked in the top 25, have fallen to 4-14 in conference and coach Chris Holtman has been under scrutiny of late amongst fans. Maryland will be attempting to win on the road after beating the Buckeyes at home 80-73 as 2-point favorites on Jan. 8.

While Maryland -125 is not bad value, I do not see this game being close. Despite the spread being 1.5 points, I can see this game finishing closer to double-digits and I would rather take the ATS value than bet on the ML.

Against the spread
MARYLAND -1.5 (-110).
Ohio State has been on a major slide. Just because it was able to pull off an improbable victory over Illinois Sunday, I do not think it is back on track. Maryland is fighting for its March seeding while Ohio State has nothing to play for.
Maryland -1.5 is the side to wager, and I would even consider taking an alternate line up to 8.
Over/Under
OVER 136.5 (-110).
Despite Maryland going Under in 9 of 10 road games, I still prefer the Over in this game.
The Terrapins have gone Over in 4 of their last 5 games and have also gone Over in 5 straight Wednesday games. Ohio State has gone Over in 4 of 5 games against a team with a winning record.
This will be a game in which Maryland controls the pace while Ohio State will do whatever it can to stay close. This will push the pace just enough to get this game to the Over 136.5 by the buzzer.
