Other teams view Baltimore as a high-level organization, so adding Ravens coaches has been common-practice over the years.
Baltimore wide receivers coach Tee Martin was requested to interview for the Indianapolis Colts’ vacant offensive coordinator position following a shake-up to their staff. However, Indianapolis went in a different direction, hiring Jacksonville Jaguars’ pass-game coordinator Jim Bob Cooter for the opening instead under new head coach Shane Steichen.
