Anthony Davis is reportedly locked in on remaining with Lakers

Despite Colin Cowherd speculating that LeBron James is unhappy with Anthony Davis, Brian Windhorst says it’s business as usual for the duo.

This week, Fox Sports personality Colin Cowherd caused a bit of a stir when he claimed LeBron James is unhappy with Anthony Davis and that the latter could be on the move to the Dallas Mavericks.

Before a very strong performance on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans, Davis had four straight lackluster games offensively, which seemed to be the crux of Cowherd’s report.

Cowherd’s words seemed more speculation than reality to many fans.

Brian Windhorst told Dan Patrick the rumors of Davis being disgruntled and wanting out are untrue and that the superstar big man is “100% bought in” on staying with the Purple and Gold.

Disputes between teammates are inevitable during a long NBA season, and they probably happen more often than fans are aware of.

With 23 games left in the regular season, L.A. has a real shot at making the playoffs and doing something of note there. With Russell Westbrook gone and a much more balanced and well-fitting roster in place, it is time for the team to reset itself mentally and emotionally to make a big push.
