Twitter roasts ex-Titans GM Jon Robinson after A.J. Brown’s Super Bowl TD

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown scoring a touchdown against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 57 was another tough reminder for Titans fans of just how bad of a move former GM Jon Robinson made.

After trading Brown to the Eagles on Day 1 of the 2022 NFL draft, the Ole Miss product went on to have the best season for a wide receiver in Eagles history.

Meanwhile, the Titans sported one of the worst wide receiver corps. in the NFL, and the player selected to replace Brown, Treylon Burks, battled injuries in what was a decent rookie year for him.

Brown’s touchdown came in the second quarter and gave the Eagles a 14-7 lead of the Chiefs at the time. Quarterback Jalen Hurts went deep to Brown, who made a nice adjustment to bring the ball in for the 45-yard strike.

It didn’t take long for the internet to roast Robinson for a move that has proven to be an absolute steal for Philly, and a disaster for the Titans.
