Alabama football extended an offer to 2024 wide receiver Ryan Wingo. Wingo is ranked inside the top 30 on every recruiting circuit.
The native of Saint Louis, Missouri already holds 40 offers. 247Sports’ Alan Trieu compared Wingo to former Michigan Wolverine Donovan Peoples-Jones.
As a sophomore, Wingo hauled in 32 receptions for 636 receiving yards and nine touchdowns.
Wingo’s brother, Ronnie, played running back at Arkansas from 2009-2012. The line of success will look to continue with Wingo being sought-out by the majority of the power-five programs in the country.
At this time, Tennessee has a 47.0% likelihood to land Wingo, according to On3’s RPM. He has taken three trips to Knoxville up to this point. Alabama will look to have Wingo in Tuscaloosa for a visit in the coming months or possibly during the fall.
