Report: Bucs to hold 2nd OC interview with Bengals’ Dan Pitcher

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing in Cincinnati Bengals quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher for a second interview

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ search for a new offensive coordinator continues, as they look to replace the recently departed Byron Leftwich after a disappointing season on that side of the ball.

One candidate getting a second interview is Cincinnati Bengals quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher, per NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

Pitcher had a virtual interview with the Bucs last month, but will not get an in-person visit with Tampa Bay’s brass regarding the top offensive position on their coaching staff.

The Bucs have interviewed a long list of candidates for the job, but are still looking for the right fit for a unit that just lost their quarterback after Tom Brady’s retirement.
