The No. 16 Auburn Tigers suffered its first home loss in 28 games on Wednesday when they dropped a 79-63 decision to Texas A&M at Neville Arena. The Tigers only got to enjoy holding the nations-longest win streak for six days after they took the title away from Gonzaga, who lost their 72-game winning streak last Thursday after falling to Loyola Marymount.
The loss is just Auburn’s second to an SEC foe, which drops the Tigers from 3rd to 4th place in the current SEC standings.
