Cameras captured Trevor Lawrence hilariously hyping up Waffle House after Jaguars’ historic win

Lawrence’s love for Waffle House knows no bounds.

By now, we’re rather intimately familiar with how much native Southerner Trevor Lawrence loves Waffle House. With an order fit for a professional football player in store, it was one of the first places the Jacksonville Jaguars’ quarterback went after the team’s historic comeback victory in the AFC Wild Card Game.

Brace yourselves: We have even more insight into the bright young man’s fascination with affordable and rather well-made Southern comfort food.

You see, NFL Films captured Lawrence discussing his plans to celebrate the Jaguars qualifying for the NFL’s final eight while trying to recruit teammates and members of Jacksonville’s staff. This is quite evidently (and understandably!) a pleasure he wants to share with as many people as possible:

Knowing Lawrence, if the Jaguars can somehow beat the Kansas City Chiefs on the road this Saturday, he’ll try to find a Waffle House as soon as possible to celebrate. Lo and behold, there’s a Waffle House an approximate 20-minute drive from the Chiefs’ home stadium. Stay tuned!
