Tee Higgins, Lamar Jackson injury updates before Ravens vs. Bengals playoff matchup

Updates on key stars as the Ravens and Bengals prep for the playoff battle.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins returned to practice on Thursday before his team’s playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Higgins had missed the first practice of the week with what the team called an illness.

That potentially puts Higgins on track to play in the playoff rematch.

For the Ravens, star quarterback Lamar Jackson did not return to practice and has yet to play since early December. But Baltimore did get good news with backup Tyler Huntley throwing, a step in the right direction as he battles a shoulder injury. That could mean the Bengals won’t see third-stringer Anthony Brown as they did in the Week 18 win.

There was some speculation that Higgins had an injury after leaving the field in Week 18 briefly, but as of this writing, the only classification the team has given him is an illness.
