Hey, this NFL stuff isn’t so hard after all.
Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Sam Howell, making his NFL debut, found wide receiver Terry McLaurin for a 16-yard touchdown pass on his first career attempt.

Easy pitch and catch for Howell, who sees his No. 1 receiver run a drag route across the middle against zone coverage, and a good throw allows McLaurin to do the rest.
The Commanders began the drive at the Dallas 20-yard line after Cowboys punter Bryan Anger dropped the snap, and Washington linebacker Milo Eifler dropped him to give the Commanders excellent field position to begin.
