One thing for sure about this Florida basketball team – it finds different ways to lose games.
The culprit this time was the handling of the ball to out it simply. The Gators turned the ball over so much that Texas A&M was able to win 66-63 despite going 2-for-16 from three-point territory.
That’s an 0-2 record in the SEC with the two losses coming by a total of four points.
But they are still losses and this one was to a team that came into the game 97th in NET Rankings.
The Gators finally shot well from the 3-point line, making seven threes.
Wasn’t enough.
Again.
Florida is 7-7 overall.
