This will be a close game which makes +150 on Penn State interesting. But with the Nittany Lions heading on the road after a tough win over Iowa, fatigue may set in just enough to keep them from getting the win. And -200 is too big to take on a favorite. So, skip the moneyline.

Michigan has already lost 2 games at home this season. Its last win came against a fading Maryland team and has no bearing on this game.
Penn State will play tough and hang around in this game until the final buzzer. So 4.5 points is too much to give in this showdown and I will take the points. Penn State +4.5 (-110) is my favorite play.
