John Wolford had a rough night behind center for the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13.
Wolford replaced the injured Matthew Stafford for Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks, with Sean McVay opting for the 27-year-old over Bryce Perkins. The decision didn’t end well for the Rams, however, who lost 27-23 after a last-minute Seahawks touchdown to secure the comeback victory.
The Rams had one more drive to take the lead with 36 seconds remaining, but Wolford was sacked once and threw two incomplete passes to bring up fourth and 21 from their own 15. On the Rams’ last offensive play, Wolford chucked the ball downfield… right to Seahawks linebacker Cody Barton for a wide open interception to end Los Angeles’ comeback hopes.

That was extremely rough. I’m not sure what Wolford was looking at because there were no Rams receivers anywhere close to where he put that ball.
Wolford ended the game going 14-for-26 with zero touchdowns and two interceptions. Predictably, NFL fans roasted Wolford for the hilariously poor interception that ended the game for the Rams.
