The Minnesota Vikings have made the NFC Championship game four times over the last 25 years and this season has things trending in that direction once again. Pair that with the tremendous camaraderie that the team currently has and things are looking great.
Head coach Kevin O’Connell took that to another level on his appearance on Pardon My Take by promising to hit the Griddy with the team if they make the NFC Championship Game.

The Griddy has been a big part of the Vikings since week three of the 2020 season when Jefferson hit it on a deep crossing route which ended up being his first touchdown.

Since then, the Vikings have seen a myriad of variations of the Griddy, including a team Griddy on Thursday night. Getting Kevin O’Connell to hit one with the team will bring that level of camaraderie to a whole new level.
