Tennessee and Vanderbilt first played in football on Oct. 21, 1892. Vanderbilt defeated Tennessee, 22-4, in Nashville.
The Vols’ first win in the series came on Nov. 7, 1914, defeating Vanderbilt 16-14 in Knoxville.
