PHILADELPHIA–On a night where life was tough enough for the Philadelphia 76ers as they took on the Milwaukee Bucks, they found out that they would be without their star point guard at halftime
Tyrese Maxey, who had 24 points on 9-for-12 shooting and he knocked down three triples, suffered a left foot injury late in the second quarter and he went straight to the locker room. He did not come out for the second half as Shake Milton was in his place to begin play after the half.
The Sixers then announced that Maxey will not return for the rest of the game due to a left foot injury. He will then have an MRI on Saturday before their matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

This is a tough loss for Philadelphia as they continue to deal with the injury to James Harden. The Sixers will have to hope that the injury to Maxey is not serious and he can return sooner rather than later.
