2023 quarterback recruit JT Fayard will visit Nebraska this weekend.
Fayard attends Foster High School in Richmond, TX. As a senior, he has posted 1,861 passing yards, 23 total touchdowns, and eight interceptions per MaxPreps. He is listed at 6’5″ and 215 pounds.
Fayard is not ranked by 247 Sports, Rivals, or On3. He has received offers from Nebraska and Northwestern State.
Fayard spoke to Chris Peterson of Husker Big Red about his offer from Nebraska.
“I don’t look at other QBs that were offered as I am focused on what I can do to get better every day,” Fayard said. “Nebraska offered me for a reason and I believe they know what I am capable of doing at the next level.”
The Cornhuskers have already landed one quarterback in the 2023 class: three-star recruit William Watson III. 247 Sports Composite ranks Watson as the 28th overall quarterback in the class.
