On Wednesday, the Brooklyn Nets beat the New York Knicks 112-85. The Nets took control of the game from the beginning by winning the first quarter 38-22.
Forward Kevin Durant finished with 29 points (10-19 shooting from the field), 12 rebounds, and 12 assists for probably his most complete game of this young season. Guard Seth Curry scored 23 points in 23 minutes off the bench.
Guard Edmond Sumner started the game and scored 18 points on 8-10 shooting from the field and made some big plays on defense by getting 2 steals. Brooklyn essentially dominated this game by holding the Knicks to 32.2% from the field and 27.9% from behind the three-point line.
Brooklyn’s next game is Nov. 12 when they visit the Los Angeles Clippers.
