It was another dominating performance from Michigan football in Week 10 vs. Rutgers. The Wolverines kept their winning streak alive after leaving Piscataway with a 52-17 victory over the Scarlet Knights.
The Michigan offense was held in check in the first half on Saturday night, but the Wolverines’ offense came out of halftime rolling.
The Wolverines scored 38 points in the second half and Michigan averaged nearly six yards per carry. The maize and blue finished the game gaining 433 yards of total offense. 282 yards came on the ground and J.J. McCarthy threw for 151 yards.
Running backs Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards gained 109 yards each against Rutgers. Corum scored two touchdowns on the ground and Edwards caught a ball for a touchdown from McCarthy.
