With all the issues the Texas A&M Football program has been dealing with this year, including their recent flu outbreak leaving 6 players and 3 starters, including starting quarterback Conner Weigman, somewhat had to step up against the visiting Florida Gators. Who has that player been so far? None other than star running back Devon Achane proceeded to show his ground game dominance in the first offensive play for the Aggies, running for 65 yards to start the game. Achane punched it in for a touchdown a couple of plays later to take the 7-3 lead in the first quarter.
Devon Achane speed is so easy. He shifts into high gear with little effort. Track-star!

Due to the sheer lack of offensive talent on the field today, Achane’s track speed, balarina-like footwork, and general toughness in the backfield will be needed all four quarters for the Aggies to try and grind out a victory today.
