[autotag]Cadillac Williams[/autotag] will be making his interim head coaching debut Saturday against the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
He will be the third different head coach Auburn has had in their past three matchups with the Bulldogs. Gus Malzahn led the Tigers to a 24-10 victory in 2020 before being fired that Sunday.
[autotag]Bryan Harsin[/autotag] watched a 28-3 lead wither away in Jordan-Hare as the Bulldogs won 43-24 to complete the biggest comeback ever in that stadium.
Willaims will be hoping that [autotag]Tank Bigsby[/autotag] has another career game for the Tigers. The last time he played in Davis Wade Stadium he ran for 192 yards.
The Tiger’s defense also did a great job slowing down Will Rogers and the Bulldog’s offense, holding him to 221 yards passing and one touchdown on 51 attempts. He also threw two interceptions.
