The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense won’t have to face two of the Baltimore Ravens’ top pass-catchers for the rest of Week 8.
Tight end Mark Andrews (shoulder) and wide receiver Rashod Bateman (foot) both left Thursday night’s game in the first half, and their return has been ruled out.
Andrews is one of the NFL’s best tight ends, and Bateman is the most complete receiver Lamar Jackson has in the passing game.
The Ravens didn’t need either of them to mount their first touchdown drive of the game early in the third quarter, though, and it’s a 10-10 game in Tampa.
