The Pittsburgh Steelers announced on Saturday they had upgraded the injury status of cornerback James Pierre for Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins. Pierre had been listed as questionable with a combination of hip and knee injuries but now will play with no injury designation.
Pittsburgh should now have a very healthy secondary to go against the speedy Miami wide receivers. Ahkello Witherspoon remains listed as doubtful but the addition of Pierre gives the Steelers a trio of Levi Wallace, Cameron Sutton and Pierre on the outside with Arthur Maulet in the slot.
