After a slow start to the first quarter, DJ Uiagalelei got Clemson going on the Tigers’ second drive of the game, finding Antonio Williams for a 59-yard touchdown pass.
It was a four-play, 73-yard drive for the Tigers that started with a lot of Will Shipley. The first three plays of the drive went to the sophomore running back, who picked up 14-yards on two carries and a reception.
On the 59-yard touchdown pass, Uiagalelei showed poise in the pocket, evading a sack and finding Antonio Williams for the deep connection that would tie things up at seven halfway through the first quarter.
