This past weekend, Jim Leonhard and his coaching staff extended a scholarship offer to 2023 three-star tight end C.J. Jacobsen out of Meridian, Idaho.
Per the 247Sports Composite, he’s the No. 978 overall prospect in the 2023 recruiting class, the No. 47 TE in the country, and the No. 2 player in Idaho.
Wisconsin desperately needs a tight end in the 2023 recruiting cycle and has zeroed in on Jacobsen as its next target.
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound TE currently holds offers from NC State, Utah, Arizona, BYU, Lousiville, Arizona State, Boise State, Utah State, and several others.
