I’m told Bucs WR Julio Jones (knee) will NOT play today against his former team. Source adds WR Russell Gage (back) WILL play against the Falcons.
So the Bucs will have Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Gage ready to roll — a hugely important trifecta for this Tampa squad.

The much-anticipated reunion for Julio Jones and the Atlanta Falcons will have to wait.
Jones, now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will miss Sunday’s game against his old team due to a knee injury, per ESPN’s Jeff Darlington.
Jones was officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game after being limited in practice throughout the week. The seven-time Pro Bowler has been limited by injuries over the last few years, something that likely contributed to the Falcons trading him to the Tennessee Titans for a second-round draft pick last offseason.
Another former Falcons receiver, Russell Gage, is expected to play despite being a late addition to the injury report Saturday with a back injury.
