It was another disappointing loss for Rutgers football on Friday night. The Scarlet Knights have lost three straight games, this one 14-13 to Nebraska.

Rutgers raced out to a 10-0 lead in the first quarter, Noah Vedral’s 21-yard touchdown run putting up the first points on the scoreboard.

And at halftime, it seemed like Rutgers was cruising, up 13-0 on their Big Ten rival.

But it all fell apart in the second half as Rutgers got shutout and managed just 85 yards of total offense coming out of the halftime break.

With the loss, Rutgers has lost three straight games and is now 3-3 (0-3 Big Ten).
