B.T. Potter remains active tonight, nailing his third field goal of the game to extend Clemson’s lead.
Toriano Pride Jr. set the Tigers’ drive up, taking advantage of a miscue between NC State starting quarterback Devin Leary and a receiver, bringing in a big interception. This turnover allowed the Tigers to take some time off the clock while they went seven plays for 25-yards before Potter nailed a 44-yard field goal.
No.5 Clemson now leads No.10 NC 23-13 with most of the fourth quarter left to play. Potter has come up big for the Tigers so far tonight, missing just one of his four field goals.
