The Detroit Lions will be without some key pieces of the team when they host the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4. Detroit’s final injury report for the week rules out a couple of huge names and overall reflects a very banged-up team at this early-season juncture.
Detroit’s offense will be without three regular starters:
- LG Jonah Jackson (finger)
- RB D’Andre Swift (shoulder/ankle)
- WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle)
Jackson has missed the last two weeks as well. The injuries to Swift and St. Brown, the team’s leading rusher and receiver, came in the Week 3 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
Unfortunately, the list of wounded Lions doesn’t stop there.
Kicker Austin Seibert and defensive lineman John Cominsky are also ruled out.
The two other starting wideouts, Josh Reynolds and DJ Chark, are questionable on the injury report.
The list also does not include starting safety and team captain Tracy Walker, who was placed on IR this week after tearing his Achilles in Week 3.
