The Baltimore Ravens picked up a big 37-26 win over the New England Patriots in Week 3 of the 2022 season. It was a game with plenty of twists and turns, but Baltimore emerged victorious while dominating in certain aspects of the game.
While Baltimore was able to pick up the win, the team didn’t come out of the game unscathed. Offensive lineman Patrick Mekari, outside linebacker Justin Houston and defensive lineman Michael Pierce all left the game and did not return, with Mekari and Pierce being carted off. When asked about all three players after the game, Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh gave brief injury updates on each.

“Pat Mekari is going to be fine. It’s a sprain. He’ll be okay. Won’t be long-term. But yeah, that was a good point.”
“[Michael] Pierce is – we’ll have to see tomorrow. It’s not definitive yet which way what it is exactly in terms of seriousness. A decision will have to be made on that.”
“Yeah, he’s got like a strain, a soft muscle thing — I don’t know if it’ll be a week or not. We’ll see.”
