The first three weeks of the college football season had been nothing short of phenomenal. It’s been a master class in why we love college football. We have had two AP top ten football teams lose to mid-majors on the same weekend. (Marshal defeated Notre Dame and Appalachian St defeated Texas A&M). We saw Texas take Alabama down to the wire before quarterback Bryce Young displayed the poise every NFL team covets in a potential franchise quarterback, leading his team to a game winning field goal. Georgia has continued its dominance from a season ago thus far and not to mention a host of wild finishes highlighted by Appalachian St. walk off Hail Mary this past weekend.
Week 4 looked like much of the same with several key matchups both inside and outside of the top-25 and some teams that were on upset alert. In each one of these matchups there are several draft eligible players who all 32 NFL teams, but most importantly the Dallas Cowboys will have eyes on as we continue to get a clearer picture of what the 2023 Draft Class will look like.
Today we look back to two conference clashes, an ACC battle and BIG 10 clash.
In the ACC, Clemson and Wake Forest put on a double-overtime thriller with the Tigers escaping 51-45.
