Clemson extends its lead 13-3

Tigers now lead by ten midway through the second quarter.

Clemson extended its lead once again this time to 13-3 thanks to B.T. Potter’s 36-yard field goal in the second quarter.

Following a pair of rushing plays to open up the drive, DJ Uiagalelei showed off his arm once again with a 38-yard throw to freshman receiver Antonio Williams. Though the Tigers weren’t able to convert in the end zone, veteran kicker B.T. Potter came in clutch with a routine 36-yard field goal.

In total, the drive consisted of nine plays for 56 yards and a 36-yard field goal in 3:10.
