After a fun start to College Football Saturday, it is almost time for the Auburn Tigers’ turn to hit the field.
The Tigers welcome San Jose State to Jordan-Hare Stadium for a 6:30 p.m. CT kickoff. It will mark the third time that these two programs have met on the football field.
Auburn opened the season last Saturday by taking down Mercer 42-16 behind a strong rushing attack led by Tank Bigsby’s 147 yards, and Jarquez Hunter’s three rushing scores. Defensively, linebacker Cam Riley played the best game of his career by making 15 stops.
The Tigers’ game with San Jose State will provide one more opportunity for them to fine-tune their game before hosting Penn State next Saturday afternoon.
