Rory McIlroy could only laugh after hitting one of the worst shots you’ll see a pro hit

This was so relatable.

Golf is just the dumbest game in the world and I mean that because I play it all the time and absolutely love it.

But yeah, it’s pretty dumb.

Take what happened to Rory McIlroy Thursday morning at the BMW PGA Championship, for instance. Just a few weeks ago he won the FedEx Cup and the $18 million bucks that came with it. He hit a number of great shots down the stretch of that tournament to make history with his third FedEx Cup.

McIlroy, who took a great shot at LIV golfers this week, followed up that performance in Atlanta by hitting one of the worst shots you’ll see from a pro golfer Thursday in England.
