Despite Call of Duty: Warzone 2 receiving little more than passing mentions from the studios involved thus far, it looks like we might have a release date.
As spotted by CharlieIntel, an alleged Activision Blizzard release schedule document has seemingly leaked on r/classicwow, a SubReddit devoted to World of Warcraft. It allegedly shows everything the publisher plans to release during fall 2022, listing Warzone 2‘s launch as Nov. 16, 2022.
This date would put the battle royale spinoff roughly two weeks after Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2‘s release on Oct. 28, 2022, release. So the timeline matches up in some respect. However, anyone who pre-orders could be playing the campaign earlier than that.

Remember that you shouldn’t take these sorts of leaks as gospel. Even if everything is correct, the launch could shift around due to any number of factors. Heck, God of War Ragnarok is out a week prior, while Pokémon: Scarlet and Violet launch that same week. Maybe the competition will push things all over, or perhaps the listing is entirely off base — place your bets.
In any event, we’ll find out how this all pans out over the next few months.
