The NBA recently announced that the league plans on retiring the No. 6 jersey on all 30 teams in honor of Bill Russell, who recently passed away.

Williams was drafted 34th overall in the second round of the 2022 NBA draft. The 20-year-old will be the final player in Thunder history to wear No. 6.
