The Tampa Bay Buccaneers traded out of the first round in the 2022 NFL draft, and still landed a player with their top selection who should have a big impact on their chances of returning to the Super Bowl.
Defensive lineman Logan Hall brings a rare blend of size, athleticism, versatility and explosiveness to a unit that’s already among the NFL’s best, allowing him to learn from the likes of Vita Vea, Akiem Hicks and William Gholston.
Hall knows the Bucs are loaded on both sides of the ball, and that’s given him a high level of excitement about the future in Tampa Bay:
"I'm juiced up, personally. We've got a lot of weapons, and it makes me excited for the future."

Hall is expected to see plenty of snaps as a rookie in a rotational role, with his pass-rushing ability likely to be frequently unleashed in passing situations.
