Three former University of Tennessee basketball players competed in the NBA summer league Monday.
Keon Johnson started at guard for Portland in its 88-77 victory against New York. He played 29 minutes, recording 11 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals.
Kyle Alexander also appeared in the game for the Trail Blazers. He played 14 minutes, recording six points and six rebounds.
Jordan Bone came off the bench for Boston. The Celtics defeated Milwaukee, 111-109.
Bone played 11 minutes and totaled eight points, three assists and one rebound.
Admiral Schofield did not play due to a coach’s decision for Orlando in its 84-81 loss to Oklahoma City.
