You may have come to the conclusion that I love lists. I even thought about writing a book about lists that have to do with the Gators and SEC.
This list, on the other hand, was not fun.
Because to limit it to 12 great Gator wide receivers was almost impossible and definitely implausible. When I came up with the final 12, I knew I could put together another list of 12 pretty quickly.
The funny thing is that I started by writing down the name “[autotag]Kyle Pitts[/autotag].” And by the end, I crossed him off and decided to eventually to a Dooley’s Dozen of just tight ends.
Now THAT will be really difficult.
Even with that line crossed off my legal pad, it was incredibly taxing to limit the list to 12 and I’m sure you will lose it when you realize that one of your favorites didn’t make it. Still, this is my list, the Dooley’s Dozen of the best receivers in Florida football history (please don’t @ me).
